How is payment being processed?

We use Stripe as our payment processor, and all payment details are directly processed by Stripe. Mobal does not have access to your credit card data. Read more about how Stripe processes credit card data.

What happens if a payment fails?

You will receive an email asking you to update the card details. You will lose access to your Mobal account if payment attempts are unsuccessful.

How do subscriptions work?

Depending on your subscription type, yearly or monthly, it automatically renews itself at the end of every billing period.

How can I view my invoices?

Admins can view invoices by opening the Settings tab (the menu next to the workspace on the left side of the dashboard) followed by. Scroll down to the Invoices section to see all invoices.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Visit the Settings tab from your billing page and click Cancel subscription.

What happens if I decide to cancel my subscription?

You’ll be able to keep using Mobal until the end of your billing period, and then you'll have access to the Free plan after that.
