This guide shows how to create your Mobal account and get set up: adding your business details, connecting your online listings and inviting your team. Your 30-day free trial starts as soon as you create your account.
Step 1: Create Your Free Mobal Account
Go to mobal.io and click Get Started.
Enter your:
Business email
Name
Password
Click Sign Up.
Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to confirm your account.
Didn't get the email?
Check your spam folder.

Step 2: Set Up Your Business Profile
Once you log in for the first time, Mobal will guide you through a quick setup flow:
Add your business name
Choose your industry (e.g. restaurant, retail, salon)
Select your primary location
Enter your contact info & opening hours
Tip: Accurate info helps customers find and trust your business across Google, Apple and more.
Step 3: Connect Your Online Listings
To start managing your visibility across platforms:
Go to Profiles in the left menu and open your location.
Open the Connections tab.
Click Connect on platforms like:
Google Business Profile
Apple Business Connect
Facebook / Instagram
Follow the login and permission steps.
To keep your business info the same on every platform, turn on Sync. See Using the Sync Function in Mobal.
Step 4 (Optional): Invite Your Team
If others help manage your business online:
Click Invite people in the left menu.
Enter their email and choose their role: Full access, All features or Limited access.

Update your profile once and sync it everywhere
See analytics on visibility and reviews
Respond to customer feedback
