✅ If you uploaded the image via Mobal:
Log in to Mobal and go to the Locations tab.
Select the location you want to manage.
Click on the “Media” section.
Hover over the image you want to remove.
Click the trash can icon in the top-right corner of the image.
Confirm the deletion.
⏱️ Changes may take a few minutes to reflect on Google. In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours.
🖼️ If the image was uploaded by a customer or someone else:
Mobal doesn’t have permission to directly remove photos uploaded by others. These need to be flagged for removal through Google:
Open Google Maps and search for your business.
Go to the Photos section.
Click on the image you want to report.
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select “Report a problem” and follow the steps.
Google reviews all flagged content. It can take several days for them to respond or remove the image.
