Video guide
Watch the video below for a step‑by‑step demonstration of the full flow inside Mobal.
Step 1: Add a new profile in Mobal
Start by creating the Mobal profile (your base profile).
Log in to Mobal.
Go to your Profiles/Locations overview.
Click “Add profile”.
Click “Add profile” again to start creating a completely new profile.
Fill in all relevant information, for example:
Profile name/title
Address and region
Contact details (phone, email, website)
Opening hours
Descriptions (short and long)
Any other important details
This creates your Mobal profile.
Mobal uses this profile as the central source of truth, and this information can then be pushed out to connected channels (like Google).
Step 2: Connect channels (including Google)
After you create the Mobal profile, you continue in the flow:
Move to “Connect Channels”.
Here you have two options for Google:
Connect existing Google Business Profile
If you already have a GBP, choose this option and follow the connection steps.
Create a new Google Business Profile
If you do not yet have a GBP, follow the creation flow shown inside Mobal (as demonstrated in the video).
Important to understand:
Step 1 created only the Mobal profile (the base).
To actually appear on Google Maps and Google Search, you must create or connect the real Google Business Profile.
The creation of the GBP itself happens in Google’s own tool, but Mobal guides you through this process from within the flow.
Simply follow the prompts in Mobal:
Confirm your business information.
Go through Google’s verification and creation steps (in Google’s interface).
When Google is created and verified, it will be connected back to your Mobal profile.
Step 3: Launch
When your Mobal profile is ready and your channels are connected:
Review all information in Mobal (name, address, categories, hours, descriptions, photos).
Make sure Google is correctly connected or newly created and verified.
Click “Launch”.
After launch:
Your Mobal profile acts as your central base.
Updates in Mobal (hours, descriptions, menus, etc.) can be synced out to Google and other connected channels.
