🔵 Facebook

  • Views

    • PAGE_VIEWS_TOTAL: Total number of times your Facebook Page was viewed.

  • Interactions

    • PAGE_TOTAL_ACTIONS: The number of actions (e.g. clicks on the call-to-action button, contact info, etc.) people took on your Page.

    • PLACECARD_TAP_WEBSITE: Number of taps on the Website button.

    • PLACECARD_TAP_CALL: Number of taps on the Call button.

🖱️ Bing

  • Interactions only

    • Bing currently does not provide detailed breakdowns for views. The only metrics surfaced are clicks and interactions, primarily actions like clicks on directions, calls, or website links.

🧭 How to Use These Metrics

  • Views = Visibility. They help you understand how many people are seeing your business online.

  • Interactions = Engagement. These tell you how many people are acting on what they see—clicking, calling, or getting directions.
