Important:
This process only creates the Mobal profile.
You still need to create your Google Business Profile separately in Google’s own tool via the flow in Mobal.
Step 1: Ask the agent to create a new profile
Open the AI Agent in Mobal and type:
“Can you create a completely new profile?”
The agent will answer that it can help and will ask you for a set of details needed to create the new profile.
Step 2: Provide the information the agent asks for
The agent will request the following details. You can paste them as a filled‑in list or answer them one by one.
Basic information
Profile title/name
Region (2‑letter country code, e.g. SE, FI, US, GB)
City/town
Address line(s)
State/province (if applicable)
Postal/ZIP code
Neighbourhood/district (if applicable)
Location coordinates (optional but helpful)
Latitude (if available)
Longitude (if available)
Language and contact details
Language code (if applicable)
Contact email (if applicable)
Primary phone number (if applicable)
Website (if applicable)
Descriptions and links
Short description (optional but recommended)
Long description (optional but recommended)
Social media links (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., if applicable)
Status and extras

Closed temporarily
Any other details, such as:
Reservation links
Order‑ahead links
Other important URLs
Once you’ve provided this information, confirm with the agent that it can go ahead and create the profile.
Step 3: Let the agent create the Mobal profile
After you supply the details, the agent will:
Create a new Mobal profile (location) with the information you provided.
Make this profile available in your Mobal account so you can:
Connect integrations (Google, Apple Maps, etc.)
Manage opening hours, descriptions, photos, menus, and more.
You can then go to your Locations view in Mobal to see and edit this new profile.
Step 4: Remember – you still need to create the Google profile
Creating a profile with the AI Agent does not automatically create your Google Business Profile.
The agent creates the Mobal base profile only.
To appear on Google Maps and Google Search, you must:
Create your Google Business Profile using Google’s own tool or
Use the relevant Google creation flow inside Mobal, which will guide you through Google’s verification process.
Only after the Google profile is created and connected can Mobal start pushing your information to Google.
