If you're trying to reply to a review and see this message:

"Something went wrong! Please try again or contact support."

don’t worry—this is usually caused by a temporary issue or a quick settings fix.

Here's how to resolve it.

Common Causes & Fixes

1. Temporary Glitch

Refresh the page and try replying again. This often clears up the issue.

2. Internet Connection Issues

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If your connection drops during the reply, you may see this error.

3. Wrong Location Selected

If you manage multiple locations, make sure you're viewing the correct one before replying to the review.

4. Platform Disconnected

If you're replying to reviews from Google or Facebook, your account connection might have expired.

  • Go to Settings > Connected Accounts.

  • Reconnect the platform if prompted.

  • Once reconnected, try replying again.

5. Permission Restrictions

If your user role doesn’t have permission to reply to reviews, you’ll see an error or the reply option may not appear. Please contact your account admin to update your permissions.

6. Browser-Related Issues

Try opening Mobal in a different browser or in incognito/private mode. Some browser extensions or settings can interfere with certain actions.

Still Not Working?

If none of the steps above help:

  1. Take a screenshot of the error message.

  2. Let us know which review you were trying to reply to.

  3. Contact our support team directly through the in-app chat.

We’ll investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.
