📍 Where to Find the Reviews Section
Log in to app.mobal.io
In the left-hand menu, click “Reviews”
Use the tabs in the upper left corner to filters between All Reviews (already answered) or Important (unanswered and updated reviews)
🧭 Filtering Reviews
You can filter reviews to focus on what matters most to you:
Filter Type | What It Does |
⭐ Rating | View only 1-star, 5-star, or a specific rating range |
📍 Location | Focus on one or more business locations |
🌐 Platform | See only Google, Facebook etc. |
📅 Date Range | Filter by week, month, or custom date range |
✏️ Status | Recommends or Does not Recommend |
💡 Tip: Combine filters to narrow down specific issues, like recent 1-star reviews at one location
🛠️ Managing Reviews
Once you’ve filtered or searched your reviews, you can:

💬 Reply | Click the “Reply” button on any review |
🔄 Use AI to respond | Click “Generate AI reply” for new suggestions |
📝 Edit additional prompt | Create tailored prompts for AI-generated replies to reviews |
📄 Templates | Use already made review answer templates or create new ones |
🚩 Flag a review | Use the flag icon to report inappropriate content |
📤 Forward to a colleague | Click the “Forward” option to send a review to a colleague |
📦 Bulk answer reviews | Make sure all your answers fit, then press “Answer all” to reply to multiple reviews at once |
🔄 Skip | Click "Skip" to exclude a review from “Important” |
