📍 Where to Find the Reviews Section
Log in to app.mobal.io
In the left-hand menu, click “Reviews”
Use the tabs or filters to explore reviews by platform, location, or rating
🧭 Filtering Reviews
You can filter reviews to focus on what matters most to you:
Filter Type | What It Does |
⭐ Rating | View only 1-star, 5-star, or a specific rating range |
📍 Location | Focus on one or more business locations |
🌐 Platform | See only Google, Facebook, Apple, etc. |
📅 Date Range | Filter by week, month, or custom date range |
✉️ Status | View reviews that are unreplied, flagged, or replied |
