Mobal makes it easy to manage your reviews by allowing you to search, filter, and organize feedback from multiple locations and platforms — all from one simple dashboard. Whether you’re looking to reply to new reviews, track sentiment trends, or investigate a complaint, these tools help you work faster and smarter.


📍 Where to Find the Reviews Section

  1. Log in to app.mobal.io

  2. In the left-hand menu, click “Reviews”

  3. Use the tabs or filters to explore reviews by platform, location, or rating


🧭 Filtering Reviews

You can filter reviews to focus on what matters most to you:

Filter Type

Rating

View only 1-star, 5-star, or a specific rating range

📍 Location

Focus on one or more business locations

🌐 Platform

See only Google, Facebook, Apple, etc.

📅 Date Range

Filter by week, month, or custom date range

✉️ Status

View reviews that are unreplied, flagged, or replied

💡 Tip: Combine filters to narrow down specific issues, like recent 1-star reviews at one location.


🔎 Searching Reviews

Looking for something specific? Use the search bar to:

  • Find reviews that mention keywords (e.g., “wait time,” “staff,” “food”)

  • Search by customer name

  • Track sentiment trends related to a topic or product

Once you’ve filtered or searched your reviews, you can:
