Your Apple Business Connect profile is your business’s public profile on Apple Maps, a digital representation of your physical location that users can see when they search or navigate. Apple Business Connect allows you to control and customize this listing.

  1. Apple Verification

  2. Validate Credentials

    • Log into Mobal to validate your Apple credentials.

  3. Create Brand(s) and Location(s)

    • You can create your Brand(s) and Location(s) directly in Mobal.

    • In Mobal:

      • Go to the Connections page in your profile.

      • Click Setup Enhanced Access for Apple Maps.

      • Create a new Brand, then create your Locations.

  4. Apple Review

    • Apple will review your submission.

    • You can track progress and respond to any requests in your Apple Business Connect account.

Detailed Steps

  1. Apple Verification

  2. Create your Brand(s)

    1. Add your Brand(s) under the created Company.

  3. Share Access with Mobal

    • In Apple Business Connect, go to your company, then Company > Access > Share Access.

    • Add Mobal’s Company ID and invite us as a partner.

  4. Bulk Add Locations

    • Once access is shared, Mobal will bulk-add and connect all your locations for you via our admin panel.

    • We’ll match your Apple company and brand information using your Apple Business ID (Brand ID).

  5. Apple Review

    • Apple will review your submission.

    • You can track progress and respond to any requests in your Apple Business Connect account.
