When you see "Connected without full access" for Apple on Mobal, it means your Apple Business Connect account is linked, but enhanced access has not been fully enabled. This limits what Mobal can do on your behalf.
What This Status Means
✅ Mobal can update opening hours and basic details.
❌ Mobal cannot publish images, logos, or rich media.
⚠️ Some features in Mobal will remain restricted until enhanced access is granted.

Enhanced access gives Mobal permission to:
Manage your Apple listing fully from one place.
Publish and sync images and other media.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms automatically.
Without it, you’ll need to handle some updates manually through Apple Business Connect.

1. Log into Apple Business Connect
Go to businessconnect.apple.com.
Log in using your Apple ID associated with your business.
2. Invite Mobal as a Location Manager
In the left menu, click Locations.
Select the correct business location (or organization).
Go to the Users tab.
Click Add User and choose the Manager role.
Use the Mobal-specific email provided during onboarding (or reach out to support if you’re unsure).
3. Grant Publishing Permissions
When adding Mobal, check all permission boxes to allow content management.
Confirm the invitation.
4. Confirm the Connection in Mobal
Return to Mobal and head to Settings → Integrations → Apple.
Click Reconnect and follow the prompts.
Mobal will detect the enhanced permissions and activate full publishing access.
