How to Connect Multiple Profiles to Apple Enhanced Access

Apple Enhanced Access lets you unlock advanced Apple Maps features for many profiles at once. This is the most involved bulk connection — you'll select a brand and location for each profile.

What You Need First

- Apple Business Connect credentials set up in Mobal. You can do this by connecting at least one profile to Apple first.

- The Manage Integrations permission on the profiles you want to connect.

Steps

  1. Go to Profiles and select the profiles you want to connect to Apple Enhanced Access.

  2. Open the Bulk Actions panel and click Connect Apple Enhanced Access under Integrations.

  3. Mobal checks your Apple credentials automatically. If everything looks good, the dialog opens with the connection form.

  4. Select a Default Brand from the dropdown. Each brand shows its name and country.

  5. For each profile row, confirm or change the Brand and select a Location from the dropdown.
    - If no existing Apple location matches the profile, choose Create new location to have one created automatically.

  6. Click Connect All.

What Happens Next

Connections are processed in the background. A progress bar shows the status as each profile is connected. If anything fails along the way, we'll send you an email with information on what went wrong.

To confirm, open any connected profile and check that Apple Enhanced Access appears under its integrations.

If Something Isn't Working

  • "Apple Credentials Required" banner — Your Apple Business Connect credentials aren't set up yet. Go to any single profile, connect it to Apple first, then return to the bulk connect flow.

  • Location dropdown is empty — Select a Brand first. Locations load based on the brand you choose.

  • "This location is already connected to another profile" — Pick a different location or choose Create new location to make a new one.
