On all plans

  • Google reviews are synced at least once per day.

  • This means that if a customer leaves a new review today, you will see it in Mobal within 24 hours.

On Mobal PRO

  • Reviews are synced much more frequently.

  • You get near‑instant sync, meaning new reviews are usually pulled into Mobal within a short time after they appear on the original platform.

  • Because syncing happens more often, your reviews list in Mobal stays very close to “real time”.

What “syncing” actually means

When we say reviews are “synced”, we mean that Mobal:

  • Connects to the review platform (Google Business).

  • Checks for new reviews, updated reviews, and sometimes removed reviews.

  • Updates what you see in your Mobal account so it matches the latest information.

The review itself always “lives” on the original platform (Google Search / Maps). Mobal is the place to view and answer those reviews, not a replacement for where they are originally posted.

Best practices for using synced reviews

To get the most out of review syncing in Mobal:

  • Respond quickly and personally. Aim to reply to all new reviews within 24 hours. Use the customer’s name, thank them specifically for what they mention, and address any questions or concerns directly.

  • Share reviews and learning with your team. Regularly forward both positive and negative reviews to your team. Celebrate good feedback and use critical reviews to agree on clear actions. This helps everyone understand how daily work affects online reputation.

  • Highlight patterns, not just single comments.
If several reviews mention the same thing (for example, slow service), treat it as a signal. Positive patterns can be used in your marketing; negative patterns can guide internal improvements and staff training.
