This means:
Updates made in Mobal will automatically sync to your connected platforms (Google, Apple, Bing, etc.).
Any changes made directly on those platforms will be overridden by Mobal.
How Sync Works
Mobal pushes updates to each connected platform. You’ll see the sync status in your dashboard, helping you track if your information is live and up-to-date.
General Sync Status
Last Successful Sync:
Shows the last time your data was synced successfully.Sync Failures:
If a sync fails, we’ll show when it failed and when the next attempt will happen.
Example: “Last sync failed at 3:00 PM. Next retry at 4:00 PM.”
Platform-Specific Sync Notes
Unverified Locations:
If your location isn’t verified in Google Business, your info won’t appear on Google Maps—even if syncing is successful.
Status: “Location unverified. Data will not update on Google Maps until the location is verified.”
Apple
Longer Sync Times:
Apple may take more time to process updates. While syncing: “Sync in progress. This may take a while.”
When done: “Sync complete. Your information is now up-to-date.”
Bing
Publishing Delay:
After connecting to Bing, it may take up to 2 weeks for your information to appear.
Status: “Pending publication. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the location to be published.”
