This guide explains how to request bulk verification and what to expect while Google reviews your request.
What Is Bulk Verification?
Bulk verification lets multi-location businesses verify all their Google Business Profiles at once under a single Google account.
This replaces video, postcard or phone verification for each location and helps your listings appear faster across Google Search and Maps.
Before You Start
Make sure that:
You manage 10+ locations under the same brand.
Each location is listed in your Google Business Profile account.
All locations share the same business name and category.
You're using a company domain email, for example one ending in @yourbrand.com.
Your business complies with Google's guidelines.
Even small inconsistencies (like spelling differences or mismatched phone numbers) can delay verification.
How to Request Bulk Verification
Go to business.google.com/locations and sign in with the account managing all your business locations.
Make sure every location you want verified is visible in your account. You can add multiple locations using the Import locations option.
Check that all business names, addresses and categories are identical and accurate.
Click Get verified next to one of your locations and choose Chain as the verification type.
Fill out the bulk verification form with your business name, contact person and email, total number of locations and corporate website.
What Happens Next
Google reviews your request. How long this takes depends on Google. If it's taking longer than expected, see Google's guide to delays in bulk verification.
Once approved, all eligible locations under your account are verified.
How to Check It Worked
In Mobal, go to Profiles, open the location and select Connections. A verified profile no longer shows the Not verified badge.
Can Mobal Verify My Profile Instantly?
Sometimes Google offers instant verification for a profile connected through Mobal. Google decides when this is offered, and we can't predict it.

Common Issues to Check
Check that all locations use the same brand name and category.
Make sure addresses follow Google Maps formatting.
Make sure you're using a business domain email, not a personal Gmail account.
Contact our support team if your locations still aren't verified.
