What Is the AI Agent?
The AI Agent is your assistant inside Mobal. You type a message or question, and it takes action or provides answers on your behalf.
Here are some examples of what you can ask it to do:

Find nearby competitors | "Find competitors near my location." |
Look up information about your business online | "Search for information online on my profiles." |
Draft a social media post | "Create a post draft to engage my audience." |
Update your business hours | "Update my opening hours for next week." |
Work with your food menu | "Show me my current food menus." |
Browse your reviews | "Show me my latest reviews." |
Manage campaigns | "Show me my active campaigns." |
You can also attach files (like images) to your messages if you need the Agent to reference them.
How to Open the AI Agent
The Agent lives in a bar at the bottom of most pages in Mobal. You do not need to navigate to a special section.
Using the Quick Chat
Look for the Ask Agent button in the bottom bar.
Click it to open the chat window.
Type your message or question.
Press Enter to send.
The chat window opens as a small panel above the bottom bar. You can keep working while the Agent processes your request.
Using a Suggested Prompt
If you are not sure what to ask, the Agent shows suggestions when you open a new chat. Click any suggestion to get started right away.
Expanding to Full Screen
If you need more room to work, click the expand icon in the top-right corner of the chat window. This opens the full Agent page where you have more space to review responses and continue the conversation.
How to Attach Files
You can send images or documents along with your message.
Click the paperclip icon next to the text box.
Select the file you want to attach.
The file appears as a preview above the text box.
Type your message and press Enter to send.
You can also drag and drop files directly into the chat window.
To remove an attached file before sending, click the X button on the file preview.
How to View Past Conversations
The Agent saves your conversations so you can pick up where you left off.
Click the clock icon in the bottom bar (next to the Ask Agent button).
Browse your previous chats in the list.
Use the search bar at the top to find a specific conversation.
Click any conversation to reopen it and continue chatting.
What the Agent Shows While Working
When you send a request, the Agent shows status updates so you know what is happening. For example:
"Searching categories"
"Loading reviews"
"Updating business hours"
"Creating post draft"
Once a step is done, the status updates to show it completed. You do not need to do anything while the Agent is working — it handles the steps automatically.
How to Contact Support
If you need to talk to a person instead, click the support icon (Intercom logo) in the bottom bar. This opens a chat with the Mobal support team.
If Something Is Not Working
I don't see the bottom bar. The AI Agent needs to be enabled for your account. If you are an admin, go to the Agent page to activate it. If you are not an admin, ask your account administrator to enable it.
The Agent is not responding. Try refreshing the page and sending your message again. If the issue continues, contact support.
I can't attach a file. Make sure the file is an image (JPG, PNG) or a supported document. HEIC files from iPhones are automatically converted. If a file fails to upload, try converting it to JPG or PNG first.
The bottom bar does not show on certain pages. The Agent bar is hidden on the Settings and Agent full-page views. Navigate to another page (like Profiles or Dashboard) to access it from the bottom bar.
