When you create a Mobal account, your 30-day free trial starts automatically — and no credit card is required.

This gives you access to Mobal’s core features so you can explore the platform, test the tools, and see how Mobal helps you manage your business presence more efficiently.

How Long Does the Free Trial Last?

Your free trial lasts 30 days, starting from the exact moment you create your account.

You can check how many days you have left at any time:

  1. Log in to your Mobal dashboard.

  2. Look at the top bar of the screen.

  3. You’ll see a countdown indicator (for example, “5 days trial left”).

As your trial approaches its end, the indicator will turn red to make it clearly visible.

What’s Included in the Free Trial?

During your 30-day trial, you get access to the following features included in the default company setup.

There are no partial unlocks — if a feature is listed below, it is fully available during your trial.

Feature

What This Allows You to Do

Reviews

Access the full Reviews page in your dashboard. View, monitor, and respond to customer reviews from connected platforms in one place.

Review Insights

Access the Review Insights page to analyze trends, ratings, and performance across your reviews.

Reviews – Additional Prompt (Bulk)

Manage and update additional review prompts in bulk across profiles for more advanced review configurations.

Profile Comparison

Access the Competitor/Profile Comparison view to compare your business profiles with competitors.

Pro (Automation Features)

Use advanced automation tools such as automatic review replies and automatic holiday hours management.

Agent (AI Assistant)

Access the built-in AI Agent chat feature inside the platform for assistance and guidance.

These features are enforced at system level (dashboard access, navigation visibility, and backend permissions), meaning they are fully functional during your trial — not just previews.

What Happens When the Trial Ends?

When your 30-day trial expires:

  • You will be redirected to an upgrade page.

  • Access to the platform will be temporarily restricted.

  • Your data is not deleted. Everything remains safely stored.

To regain access, you simply need to subscribe to one of our paid plans.

How to Subscribe After Your Trial

If your trial has expired, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. You’ll automatically see the upgrade page.

  3. Choose the plan that fits your needs.

  4. Complete the checkout process.

Your access will be restored immediately after payment.

If you’re unsure which plan is right for your business, we’re happy to help you decide.

Why Was My Account Locked?

All new Mobal accounts automatically start with a 30-day free trial. Since no credit card is required, some users may not realize the trial has started.

If you’re now seeing an expired account message, it simply means the 30-day period has ended.

To continue using Mobal, select a paid plan from the upgrade page. Your data will be available again as soon as your subscription is active.

If you have any questions about your free trial or need help choosing a plan, you can contact Mobal support anytime via the chat or by emailing [email protected]. We’re always happy to help. 😊
