Suggest a new feature

Our users are always welcome to, and in fact encouraged to, suggest new features for the platform. Send a message through the chat on the platform to suggest new features or call your Customer Success Manager!

You can always send us an email at [email protected] to suggest new features. We’re looking forward to hearing from you!

If you’re suggesting a new feature, we would like to know a few things:

  • What exactly are you trying to do, and what is your desired outcome of the action?

  • What is your current workflow or process to achieve this?

  • Which business listings are you managing at the moment?

Found a bug?

If you’re experiencing an issue on the platform, please get in touch with us through the chat in the app or via email at [email protected] and let us know. Helpful information to include in the message:

  • What were you doing in the app before you experienced the bug?

  • What happened, and what did you expect to happen instead of the outcome?

  • The text of the error message

  • Which browser and version you’re using

  • Screenshots and screen recordings, if possible — they help us understand the issue even better.
