This article shows you how to change a location's regular opening hours, open status and special hours in Mobal. Mobal sends your hours to your connected listings, such as Google and Apple. Use it whenever your hours change, for example for holidays or a temporary closure.
Where to find your hours
Go to Profiles in the left menu and open the location.
Click Edit details.
All hours settings are on this page: (1) Open status, (2) your regular opening hours, (3) Special hours and (4) holiday suggestions.
How to change your regular opening hours
Under Business hours, set the opening and closing times for each day.
Click Save changes.
How to check it worked: the new hours show under Business hours on the location's Overview tab.
How to mark a location as open or closed
Under Business hours, use Open status to choose one of:
Open
Open without main business hours
Temporarily closed
Permanently closed
To reopen a location that is temporarily closed, change the status back to Open and save.
How to add special opening hours
Use special hours for holidays, events or one-off changes, such as closing early.
Under Special hours, click + Add more special hours.
Choose the date and set the times, or mark the day as closed.
Click Save changes.
Special hours apply only to the date you set them for. Past special hours are deleted automatically after 30 days.

How to add hours for upcoming holidays
Under Special hours, Mobal suggests upcoming holidays. Click + Add next to a holiday to add it.
To let the AI agent add special hours for upcoming holidays, click Start agent below the suggestions.
For a longer period, you can ask the AI agent, for example: "Update the special hours for [profile name] to Closed for every day in July".
Other hours
Under Additional hours, click + Add More to add other hours.
Hours look wrong after saving
Two special hours on the same day: delete the extra one and click Save changes.
The listing still shows the old hours: changes can take a while to appear on Google. Your browser may also be showing a cached page, so refresh or check in a private window.
