How to Set Up Opening Hours and Special Opening Hours on Mobal

Setting up your opening hours correctly ensures customers always know when your business is open — whether it’s regular hours or special occasions like holidays or events.

Follow these simple steps to update your hours on Mobal in just minutes.


✅ Step 1: Log In to Your Mobal Dashboard

  1. Go to mobal.io and log in to your account

  2. If you don’t have an account yet, sign up for a 7-day free trial

  3. You’ll land on your dashboard, where you manage all business profiles and information


🗂️ Step 2: Access the “Opening Hours” Section

  • In the Business Information area, either:

    • Click the “Opening Hours” box on your dashboard or

    • Click “Edit Details” next to the business profile you want to update


🗓️ Step 3: Set Regular Opening Hours

  1. Find the “Regular Opening Hours” section

  2. For each day of the week, set:

    • Opening time

    • Closing time

  3. If you're closed on certain days, simply leave them blank or select “Closed”

💡 Tip: Be precise — accurate hours improve your search visibility and reduce confusion.


📆 Step 4: Add Special Opening Hours (e.g. Holidays, Events)

  1. Scroll down to the “Special Opening Hours” section

  2. Click “Add Special Opening Hours”

  3. Select the specific date and set the custom opening and closing time

  4. Repeat for any other special dates

  5. Click “Save Changes” to confirm

🎁 Use this for holidays, events, or one-off schedule changes (e.g. early closure).


💾 Step 5: Save Your Changes

Once you’ve added all your regular and special hours:

  • Click the “Save Changes” button
    ✅ Your business hours will now be synced across connected platforms

  • Double-check both your regular and special hours

  • Make sure they reflect your current availability

  • This helps avoid disappointed customers or missed opportunities
