You can remove any media uploaded by your business directly in Mobal.
β Steps to Delete Business-Uploaded Media:
Open the correct profile in your Mobal dashboard
Go to the Media section
Select the integration (e.g., Google or Apple)
Browse and select the photos or videos you want to remove
Click "Delete X items" from the top of the page

Media uploaded by customers (e.g., via Google Maps) canβt be deleted by your business directly. However, you can report it if it's inappropriate, misleading, or outdated.

Open the Media tab in the correct business profile
Select Google as the integration
Locate the media you want to report
Click the flag icon π³οΈ (Report a problem)
Choose a reason for the report (e.g., offensive, irrelevant, privacy concern)
Submit the request
Google will review your report. Response times vary and removal is not guaranteed.
