🧭 Prerequisites
Instagram Business account
Facebook Page linked to your IG account
Admin access to the Facebook Page
🔗 Connect Your Account
Go to Mobal > Settings > Integrations.
Click Connect Instagram.
Log in with your Facebook credentials.
Grant Mobal access to:
All Instagram Business accounts you want to connect
All Facebook Pages linked to those accounts
The required permissions (see below)

During the connection flow, be sure to accept:
instagram_basicpages_read_engagementinstagram_manage_insightsads_read
These allow Mobal to fetch engagement, reach, and audience metrics.
🔄 What Happens After Connection?
Mobal will pull 30 days of insights data immediately.
Future data is refreshed automatically every 24 hours.
🔎 Verify Connection
Navigate to Instagram > Accounts in Mobal.
You should see your IG handle and Page name listed.
Insights graphs should start populating within a few minutes.
