How to Connect Multiple Profiles to Google at Once

Instead of connecting each profile to Google Business Profile one by one, you can link many profiles to their Google locations in a single flow. This is especially useful when you’re onboarding new locations or migrating to Mobal.

What You Need Before You Start

Make sure:

  • Your Google Business Profile account is connected to Mobal (at least one profile must already be linked to Google).

  • You have the Manage integrations permission on the profiles you want to connect.

How to Bulk Connect Profiles to Google

  1. Go to Profiles and select the profiles you want to connect to Google.

  2. Open the Bulk actions panel and under Integrations, click Connect to Google.

  3. A dialog opens showing all your selected profiles.
If you want every profile to use the same Google account, click Apply location group to all profiles and choose a Location group from the dropdown.

  4. For each profile row:

    • Select the Location group (if not already applied), then

    • Select the matching Location from the dropdown.

  5. When you’re done, click Connect profiles

What Happens Next

  • A progress bar shows how many profiles have been connected.

  • When the process finishes:

    • A success banner shows how many profiles were connected successfully.

    • If all profiles succeed, the dialog closes automatically after a short moment.

    • If some profiles fail, the dialog stays open and shows which profiles had errors.

To confirm the connections, open any connected profile and check that Google Business Profile appears under Integrations.

If Something Isn’t Working

  • “Failed to setup Google connection” banner
This usually means your Google token has expired.
Go to any single profile, disconnect and reconnect Google, then try the bulk connect flow again.

  • Location dropdown stays empty
You need to select a Location group first.
Locations are loaded based on the group you choose.

  • A profile isn’t in the list
That profile is likely already connected to Google.
Profiles that are already connected are excluded from the bulk flow and shown in a separate section at the bottom of the dialog.

  • “Apply location group to all” isn’t working
Make sure you have selected a Location group from the dropdown before clicking the apply option.
