How to Connect Multiple Profiles to Platforms at Once

Bulk connection lets you link many business profiles to a platform in one go, instead of connecting them one by one. It's ideal when you're onboarding many locations or expanding to a new platform.

This guide covers what bulk connection is, which platforms are supported, and how to get started.

What Is Bulk Connection?

When you manage dozens — or hundreds — of business profiles, connecting each one to Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, or Apple individually takes a long time. Bulk connection lets you select multiple profiles and connect them all to a platform in a single flow.

How to Access Bulk Connection

1. Go to Profiles in the main navigation.

2. Select the profiles you want to connect using the checkboxes.

3. Open the Bulk Actions panel and look under Integrations for the platform you want.

You also need the Manage Integrations permission on the profiles you're connecting. If you don't see the integration options, ask your account administrator to grant you access.

Recommended Order

If you're connecting profiles to multiple platforms, we recommend this order:

1. Bing Places — fastest, no extra configuration needed

2. Google Business Profile — requires selecting a location for each profile

3. Facebook and Instagram — requires choosing a credential and mapping pages

4. Apple Enhanced Access — most advanced, requires brand and location selection

Starting with simpler platforms lets you verify your profiles are set up correctly before moving to the more involved flows.
