How to Connect Multiple Profiles to Facebook at Once

You can connect many profiles to their Facebook Pages in one flow using an existing Facebook credential. First you choose which Facebook credential to use, then you map each profile to a specific Facebook Page.

What You Need Before You Start

Make sure:

  • You have at least one profile already connected to Facebook. This creates the Facebook credential you will reuse for other profiles.

  • You have the Manage integrations permission on the profiles you want to connect.

How to Bulk Connect Profiles to Facebook

Step 1 – Choose a Credential

  1. Go to Profiles and select the profiles you want to connect to Facebook.

  2. Open the Bulk actions panel and under Integrations, click Connect to Facebook.

  3. A dialog opens showing your available Facebook credentials. Each credential shows:

    • The Facebook Page name

    • The profile it’s connected to

    • Who created it

    • When it was created

  4. Select the credential you want to use and click Use this credential.

Step 2 – Map Pages

  1. The dialog now shows your selected profiles. For each profile, choose the correct Facebook Page from the dropdown.

  2. When you’re done, click Connect profiles.

What Happens Next

  • A progress bar shows the connection status for all selected profiles.

  • When the process finishes:

    • A success banner shows how many profiles were connected.

    • If all profiles succeed, the dialog closes automatically after a short moment.

    • If some profiles fail, the dialog stays open and shows which profiles had errors.

To confirm, open any connected profile and check that Facebook appears under Integrations.

If Something Isn’t Working

  • “No Facebook credentials available”
You need at least one profile connected to Facebook before using bulk connect.
Connect any single profile to Facebook manually, then return to the bulk connect flow and try again.

  • Page dropdown is disabled
The credential has not been applied yet.
Go back to Step 1 and make sure you clicked Use this credential.

  • A profile isn’t in the list
That profile is likely already connected to Facebook.
Profiles that are already connected are not included in the bulk connect flow.

  • “Failed to apply credential”
The Facebook credential may need to be reauthorized.
Go to the profile that owns this credential, reconnect Facebook, then try the bulk connect flow again.
