How to Connect Multiple Profiles to Bing Places at Once

What You Need Before You Start

Make sure:

Each profile has a title, an address, and at least one category.
Profiles missing any of these will be flagged in the dialog.
Your user has the Manage integrations permission on the profiles you want to connect.

Go to Profiles in Mobal.
Select the profiles you want to connect to Bing.
Open the Bulk actions panel and under Integrations, click Connect to Bing.

Review the list of selected profiles:
- Profiles that are ready to connect appear normally.
- Profiles missing required information show a “Missing required fields” warning.
Click Connect profiles to start the connection.

All valid profiles are connected to Bing at the same time.
A progress bar shows the connection status.
When the process finishes:
- A success banner shows how many profiles were connected.
- If all profiles succeed, the dialog closes automatically after a short moment.
- If some profiles fail, the dialog stays open and shows which profiles had errors.

To confirm the connection, open any of the connected profiles and check that Bing Places is listed under Integrations.

“Missing required fields” on a profile
The profile is missing a title, address, or category.
Go to that profile, add the missing information, then run the bulk connect again.
“No profiles can be connected”
None of the selected profiles have all three required fields (title, address, category).
Update the profiles so they have all required fields, then try again.
A profile isn’t shown in the dialog
The profile is likely already connected to Bing.
Profiles that are already connected are not included in the bulk connect flow.
