Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection to your Mobal account. Even if someone gets your password, they won’t be able to log in without your second form of verification — a one-time code from your mobile device.

We highly recommend enabling 2FA to keep your account and business data secure.

⚙️ Step-by-Step: Enable Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Go to Settings

    • In the Mobal app, click Settings (bottom-left corner)

  2. Open the Security Tab

    • Click on Security in the left-hand menu

  3. Enable 2FA

    • In the Two-Factor Authentication section, click the green “Enable” button

  4. Set Up with an Authenticator App

    • Download an authenticator app (if you don’t have one already), such as:

      • Google Authenticator

      • Authy

      • Microsoft Authenticator

    • Open the app and scan the QR code shown on screen

    • Enter the 6-digit code generated by your app into Mobal

That’s it! Two-Factor Authentication is now enabled on your account.

Tips for Using 2FA

  • Keep your authenticator app accessible — you’ll need it each time you log in.

  • If you lose access to your app or device, contact [email protected] to recover your account.
